What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture — is basically a delicious friendship between a farm and the people who love fresh food. Members purchase a seasonal “share,” and in return they get a weekly box bursting with whatever the farm is harvesting at its peak. It’s a way to eat ultra‑fresh, locally grown produce while directly supporting the farmers who grow it. Think of it as joining the inner circle of the farm: you share in the bounty, cheer on the crops, and enjoy the magic of eating with the seasons.

FAQs

What is CSA?

CSA means Community Supported Agriculture, which is a subscription where you get fresh veggies weekly. Its an agreement between the farmer and the consumer, where the weekly harvest is shared. Since different crops mature at different rates, the harvest changes from week to week.

How do I join?

Download the signup sheet from the website, fill it out and send it back to us. Payment is due before the season begins.

When do I get my veggies?

You can sign-up for 4 different options, then choose pickup/delivery at a location near you. Pickup available Tuesdays, 4-8pm@Glenwood Farmers market, New Castle Market 4-7@Burning Mountain Park or Friday's at Rifle Farmers Market 4-8 @Heinz Park.

Can I customize my box?

We are happy to accommodate allergies, but are unable to offer customizable boxes at this time.

Are your veggies organic?

We grow at 2 different properties. One property houses 2 greenhouses, which are not certified organic but grown naturally. The other property is one-acre of certified organic land and practices. We are happy to connect and answer any additional questions you have about our growing practices, land use and sourcing of inputs.
